The Ice House

Gorman & Gorman assisted with the all of the electrical components of the project including the 20,000 square foot addition and renovations that converted this space from a former Ice House to a class A office space. The 30,000 square foot Ice House Building opened the 1st quarter of 2007 with most of the building pre-leased.

Tubman African American Museum

Gorman & Gorman was selected to handle all of the electrical needs when the Tubman African American Museum began Phase One of renovations. The renovations are the first step in a series of renovations planned over the next several years.

 Central Georgia EMC

For Central Georgia EMC, Gorman & Gorman provided complete electrical services for the company’s 40,000 square foot warehouse. In addition, Gorman & Gorman also supplied services for the company’s office renovation and the addition of a new 10,000 square foot garage.
